Clean, recolor, and wax the cabinet, and it will look 1000% better. Learn the Gojo and Restor-A-Finish technique, and get some good paste wax. Don't try to separate them, especially if the cloth is brittle. Wrap the cloth and board together in Saran wrap and hide it somewhere where it won't get damaged. The grill cloth is likely mounted to a sheet of plywood ("baffle board"). Keep all the screws, put as many back as makes sense, and label the rest in baggies. Separate the chassis, speaker, cabinet, and grill cloth from each other. There is no good replacement that looks anything close.
